PURPOSE: A producing method of bean curd having various shapes using a PVA molding frame is provided to mold the bean curd without using a brine filtering net. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean curd having various shapes using a PVA molding frame comprises the following steps: inserting the hardened bean curd into the PVA(sponge) molding frame； and mounting a weight over the molding frame for 15 minutes for discharging the moisture from the bean curd.본 발명은 두부를 PVA(스펀지) 성형틀을 이용한 각종 모양의 제조과정에 대한 방법이다. 또한 순두부 만들어지는 과정은 옛 방식과 동일하며 일반 두부(사각형) 형태는 사각 성형틀과 부직포(수분배출망)가 필요하지만 본 발명품은 PVA(스펀지) 성형틀로만 두부제조가 가능하며 옛 방식의 사각 성형틀과 부직포가 필요 없이 제조가 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다.
