PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that a patient has difficulty in breathing since the conventional neck corset fastens the neck for fixing, an adjustment range is reduced, the neck corset is conspicuous in appearance and becomes unnecessary after complete recovery from the state of a disease, and this is because of an instrument only for the purpose of treatment of fixing and protecting the affected part until the recovery of the condition.SOLUTION: Upper and lower hollow frames are formed of a plastic material comprised of one linear body including a jaw fixing part and a load supporting part formed in a semicircular arc shape from the breast through the shoulders to the nape. In both the frames, shock absorbers are provided on front, left side and right side faces under the jaw. Thus, the neck corset is provided which is movable individually and can be fitted to various physiques or postures by adjusting elasticity. An abutting surface on the neck is made of thin cloth, a body is provided with a covering obtained by sewing wear cloth. Consequently, the neck corset has fashionability and is not conspicuous. When the neck corset is mounted on the waist for another purpose, it becomes a waist corset and when mounted on the head, it can be diverted as a hat.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の頸部コルセットは締め付けて固定する為息苦しく、さらに調整範囲が少なく、外観からも目立ち又病状の完治後は不要となる問題があった。これは患部を固定して症状が回復するまで保護する治療目的としてのみの器具の為である。【解決手段】顎固定部及び、半円弧状に形成された胸元より、肩からうなじへと荷重の支持部との一本物からなる可塑性材料で形成した上下中空フレームにおいて、前記両部フレームに緩衝器を顎下の正面及び左、右側面に設けた。これにより個別に可動出来、弾力を調節して様々な体型や体勢にフィットし又、頸部の当接面を薄地にして本体に衣服生地で縫製した被覆を設け、外観からもファッション性を有し目立たなくした頸部用コルセットを提供するとともに、別用途として腰部に装備した時は腰部コルセットになり、頭部に装備した時は帽子に流用することが出来る。【選択図】 図5
