PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiography equipment having a wide-visual field X-ray detector and a second X-ray detector with a small-visual field and high spatial resolution so as to simultaneously obtain information of a target region and its circumferential region.SOLUTION: The radiography equipment includes: a first photographing part which is supported by a support body, has a first X-ray tube and the first X-ray detector, and photographs a subject placed on a bed from a first angle direction a second photographing part which is supported by the support body, has a second X-ray tube arranged close to the first X-ray tube and the second X-ray detector which is arranged on the outside of the visual field of the first X-ray detector and has the visual field smaller than that of the first X-ray detector and the high spatial resolution, and photographs the subject from a second angle direction a control part for controlling the rotation/movement of the support body and performing control to alternately radiate X-rays from the first and second X-ray tubes when photographing by the first and second photographing parts and an image output part for processing images photographed by the first and second photographing parts and outputting the images.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】広視野のX線検出器と小視野で高空間分解能の第2のX線検出器を備え、注目部位とその周辺の情報を同時に把握することができるX線撮影装置を提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】支持体で支持され、第1のX線管と第1のX線検出器を備え、寝台に載置された被検体を第1の角度方向から撮影可能な第1の撮影部と、支持体で支持され、第1のX線管の近傍に配置した第2のX線管と、第1のX線検出器の視野外に配置し第1のX線検出器よりも小視野で高空間分解能の第2のX線検出器を備え、被検体を第2の角度方向から撮影可能な第2の撮影部と、支持体を回転/移動制御し、かつ第1及び第2の撮影部によって撮影するときに第1及び第2のX線管から交互にX線を照射するように制御する制御部と、第1及び第2の撮影部で撮影した画像を処理して出力する画像出力部を具備する。【選択図】図1
