Eye iontophoresis device (10) for supplying at least one active substance to an eyeball (100), comprising: - a reservoir (13) configured to receive at least one active substance (X1, X2), - a wall (11) defining a tubular shaped body disposed along a longitudinal axis (A), which laterally delimits the reservoir and comprising a circular distal end (14) configured to be positioned on an ocular surface (101) of the globe ocular and surrounding the cornea (102) and a part of the sclera (103) of the eyeball (100), - a first electrode (15) configured to be positioned in front of the part of the sclera (103) that is surrounded by the wall (11) when the wall is in place on said ocular surface (101), said first electrode (15) being configured to supply a first current density (D1) to at least one active substance in the reservoir (13) , the device being characterized by further comprising: - a second electrode (16) configured to be positioned in front of the cornea (102) when the wall (11) is in place on said ocular surface (101), said second electrode (16) being configured to supply a second current density (D2) to at least one active substance of the reservoir (13), - at least one controller (17, 18) to independently control said first and second electrodes (15, 16), and why: - the second electrode (16) defines a second disk-shaped surface (S2) that extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (A), the second surface (S2) being arranged on a central part of the reservoir (13), the first defining electrode (15) a first annular surface (S1) extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (A), the first surface (S1) being disposed on a peripheral part of the reservoir (13), - a first and second electrodes (15, 16 ) are willing conc only one with respect to the other, so that the first electrode (15) and the second electrode (16) are positioned, respectively, in front of the sclera (103) and in front of the cornea (102), when the device is positioned on said ocular surf
