The present invent ionalso provides a high concentration lowviscosity suspension of anpharmaceutically acceptable solvent with one or moresub-micron or micron-sizednon-crystalline particles comprising one or moreproteins or peptides. Optionally one ormore additives in the pharmaceuticallyacceptable solvent to form a highconcentration low viscosity suspension with aconcentration of at least 20 mg/ml and asolution viscosity of between 2 and 100centipoise that is suspendable uponshaking or agitation, wherein upon deliverythe one or more sub-micron ormicron-sized peptides dissolves and do not formpeptide aggregates syringeable through a21 to 27-gauge needle.
