PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement auxiliary device which allows movement in a straight standing posture.SOLUTION: A movement auxiliary device comprises: a first frame 3 and a second frame 3 disposed on both sides of a user； an arm mechanism 5 with hinge, for connecting the first frame and second frame； and a harness for moving at least a part of body weight from feet of the user to the first frame and the second frame through waist and pelvis, and allows the user to stand for a long term and to walk, without gripping the first frame and the second frame with arms.
