The present invention provides a preparation method of a rice bran extract for removing malodors and residual agricultural chemicals, comprising the following steps: a step in which dried rice bran is introduced in an alumina kiln having a heat resistant temperature of 1,750°C or higher a step in which the rice bran is subjected to direct combustion at 1,200°C or higher while a large quantity of oxygen is supplied a step in which inorganic minerals are produced in melted state after 20 minutes of the combustion of rice bran, and the combustion is continued until only the inorganic minerals remain a step in which residues in the kiln are rapidly cooled at a rate of 20°C per minute after one hour of the combustion a step in which the residues are cooled down to 60°C, and the resulting crystals are collected and pulverized into a powder having a diameter of 0.1 mm or less and a step in which 1 liter of purified water, 2 g of the crystal powder, and 2 g of edible citric acid are mixed in the above ratio in a pressure extraction tank, the pressure of the extraction tank is adjusted to 2 atm by injecting steam at 135°C, and after injecting the steam and reaching 2 atm, the pressure extraction tank is cooled to 1.5 atm or less, and reheated, and the above process is repeated three times in total to finally produce a rice bran extract. The present invention can be commonly used to remove various pollutants including malodors and residual agricultural chemicals, and thus can be widely applied as a unique technology.
