The present invention relates to an apparatus for boiling anchovies having a boiling tank in which a heating tool which boils sea water stored in a storage space is installed at a lower portion thereof. The apparatus for boiling anchovies comprises: a supply means installed at one portion of the boiling tank to supply captured anchovies to the storage space a first transfer means which transfers anchovies which are boiled and rose up by heated sea water to the other end of the boiling tank and a supply unit which supplies an anchovy container to accommodate boiled anchovies discharged from the other end of the boiling tank.
