The dispersion is preferably characterized in that at least 50% of the vesicles or 10 microsponges are of a diametrical size of between 50 nm and 5 micrometer. The dispersion is further also characterized in that the micro-emulsion has a zeta potential of between -25 mV and -60 mV.
