The present invention relates to a method for producing an Anemarrhena asphodeloides extract containing sarsasapogenin as a bioactive ingredient in high yield and high purity by using focused ultrasound. In addition, the present invention relates to the Anemarrhena asphodeloides extract obtained by the method, wherein the extract contains sarsasapogenin as a bioactive ingredient in high content and high purity, and thus has excellent utility as a cosmetic.본 발명은 생리활성성분으로서 사르사사포게닌을 고수율 및 고순도로 포함하는 지모 추출물을 집속초음파를 이용하여 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 방법에 따라 수득되는 지모 추출물에 관한 것으로서, 이 추출물은 생리활성성분으로서 사르사사포게닌을 고함량 및 고순도로 포함하므로 화장료로서 유용성이 우수하다.
