The present invention relates to a sterilization and purification apparatus using photocatalyst processing sterilization and purification of indoor air by the photocatalyst. Particularly, the present invention primarily sterilizes the indoor air by passing the indoor air through an air filter unit (30) to filter abnormal materials in the inflow air and at the same time performing photocatalysis of photocatalyst particles covered on the air filter unit (30) by an ultraviolet lamp； secondarily sterilizes the filtered and primarily sterilized air by passing the filtered and primarily sterilized air through photocatalysis tubes (41A, 41B) in the rear； and then discharges the air out of a case (10) to provide the clean sterilized and purified air to a room.본 발명은 실내공기를 광촉매에 의하여 살균정화처리하는 광촉매 살균정화장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 실내공기를 공기 필터유닛(30)을 통과시켜 그 유입공기의 이물질을 여과하는 동시에 공기필터 유닛(30)에 도포된 광촉매 입자의 자외선램프에 의한 광촉매반응으로써 1차로 살균처리하고, 여과 및 1차살균처리된 공기를 후방의 광촉매관(41A,41B)를 통과시켜 2차로 살균처리한 후 케이스(10)의 외부로 송출하여 실내에 깨끗하게 살균정화처리된 공기를 제공한다.
