The air-conditioning device comprises an inlet section for outside air flowing in from outside of the building. A circular filter cartridge (5) is provided in the inlet section. Outside air flows through the cover section of the filter mechanism and flows out of the outer side of the cover section of the filter mechanism. The air-conditioning device further comprises an electric fan which is located in the housing (3).
