The present invention relates to a facial mask, which blocks external air by surrounding a respiratory organ including a nose part and a mouth part of a wearer. The facial mask of the present invention comprises: a body part (10) being in close contact with a face part of a wearer to block a respiratory organ including a nose part and a mouth part from external air； a nose receiving part (20) attached to an inner or outer wall surface of the body part (10) through an attachment means (22) to receive the nose part of the wearer, and formed with a filter coupling hole (24) at a position corresponding to a nostril of the wearer； and a foreign substance purifying part (30) coupled to the filter coupling hole (24) through a coupling means (32) to filter harmful materials.
