PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mushroom-bed-culturing facilities where an environment suitable for mushroom culture is set in a simple construction to artificially promote growth of mushroom and to provide a method for mushroom bed culture.SOLUTION: The mushroom-bed-culturing facilities 1 include: a first growth chamber 2 where a container 11 charged with an inoculation mushroom bed 10 is controlled to be in a first temperature range (T1) in which the chamber temperature is set by a temperature control means 13 to grow mushroom for a prescribed period of time a second growth chamber 3 where the container 11 charged with the inoculation mushroom bed 10 is controlled to be in a second temperature range (T2) in which the chamber temperature is set by a chamber temperature management means 20 to be lower than that in the first temperature range (T1) to grow the mushroom for a prescribed period of time a water spray chamber 4 for spraying water to the inoculation mushroom bed 10 in the container 11 and a conveying means 6 mounted in the mushroom-bed-culturing facilities 1.
