The present invention relates to a laser treatment apparatus and, more particularly, to a laser treatment device which automatically adjusts the treatment region and irradiation intensity through image analysis and comprises: a camera for capturing the treatment region and acquiring image data an analysis unit for analyzing the image data provided through the camera and classifying normal skin regions and abnormal skin regions a controller for selecting one treatment region among the abnormal skin regions separated by the analysis unit and controlling a driving unit to position a laser emitter at the selected treatment region a display unit through which an image processed by the analysis unit and the controller is outputted an input unit for receiving the input of a selection signal from the user the driving unit for adjusting the position of the laser emitter according to a command signal from the controller and the laser emitter which is positioned by the driving of the driving unit and emits a laser.
