The present invention relates to an aqueous suspoemulsion comprising a first pesticide, which is dissolved in a water-immiscible solvent, a second pesticide, which is suspended in continuous aqueous phase, and a polymer in form of polymer particles, where the polymer comprises methyl (meth)acrylate and C2-C12 alkyl (meth)acrylate in polymerized form. Furthermore, the invention relates to a process for the preparation of said suspoemulsion by contacting water, the first pesticide, the second pesticide, the water-immiscible solvent and the polymer particles. Further subject matter are a method of controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired plant growth and/or undesired insect or mite attack and/or for regulating the growth of plants, wherein the suspoemulsion is allowed to act on the respective pests, their environment or the crop plants to be protected from the respective pest, on the soil and/or on undesired plants and/or on the crop plants and/or on their environment and seed containing said suspoemulsion.La presente invención se refiere a una suspoemulsión acuosa que comprende un primer pesticida, que se disuelve en un solvente no miscible con agua, un segundo pesticida, que se suspende en fase acuosa continua, y un polímero en forma de partículas poliméricas, donde el polímero comprende (met)acrilato de metilo y (met)acrilato de alquilo C2-C12 en forma polimerizada.
