Water-free polyphase gel system consisting of an outer lipid matrix and an inner phase gelled by means of polymer, which can be obtained by a) melting the lipid phase with the formation of a liquid lipid phase, b) mixing and homogenization of polymers or mixtures of swellable polymers with the formation of a polymeric phase to be dispersed, c) meeting of the polymeric phase with the liquid lipid phase and homogenization of the phases and d) cold stirring of the phase mixture until the formation of a mixed gel and solid structure of the total system.Sistema de gel polifásico libre de agua que se compone de matriz lipídica exterior y una fase interior gelificada por medio de polímero, que puede obtenerse mediante a) fusión de la fase lipídica con la formación de una fase lipídica líquida, b) mezclado y homogeneización de polímeros o mezclas de polímeros hinchables con la formación de una fase polimérica que va a dispersarse, c) reunión de la fase polimérica con la fase lipídica líquida y homogeneización de las fases y d) agitación en frío de la mezcla de fases hasta la formación de una estructura mixta de tipo gel y sólida del sistema total.
