The present invention enables a user to drain a medicine that has been spilled when removing the air and is held in a skin contact portion. The needle hub (6) includes: a retention part (first member 11) for retaining the needle tube an insertion part (31) into which the output portion (52) of a syringe is inserted and a flange-like skin contact portion (25) that is disposed in a manner so as to cover a surrounding of the needle tube (5) and contacts with and/or faces the skin when a living body is punctured with the needle tube (5). Further, the fluid-draining portion (26) is disposed in the skin contact portion (25) of the needle hub (6).
