PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel means for reducing the risk of cerebral hemorrhage associated with the recanalization therapy of obstructed vessels (for examples, administration of medicines containing a thrombolytic agent, an antiplatelet drug and an anticoagulant, and physical removal of thrombus) and for treating ischemic angiopathy more effectively.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a medicine for the treatment of ischemic angiopathy comprising mesenchymal stem cells, the medicine being characterized by using in combination with the recanalization therapy of obstructed vessels.
