PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flying and nest building of birds effectively, with a structure of extremely small, simple, and low cost and needing less mounting efforts.SOLUTION: A countermeasure tool against nest building comprises: a shaft member 12 to be fixed to a power transmission structure and a plurality of disk-like rotary members 20 pivotally supported by a shaft member 14 provided at a different position of the shaft member in the axial direction.
