The present invention relates to an improved method for preparing a particles composition, for example for oral administration to an animal for intestinal delivery of a pharmaceutically active agent, said method comprising the steps of nebulizing (i.e. spraying) under pressure a first liquid mixture directly into a second liquid mixture in order to form homogenous particles thanks to the dispersion provided by the nebulization of the first liquid mixture.La présente invention concerne un procédé amélioré de préparation d'une composition de particules, par exemple pour l'administration par voie orale à un animal afin d'administrer par voie intestinale un agent pharmaceutiquement actif, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de nébulisation (c'est-à-dire pulvérisation) sous pression d'un premier mélange liquide directement dans un second mélange liquide afin de former des particules homogènes grâce à la dispersion fournie par la nébulisation du premier mélange liquide.
