The present invention relates to repelling birds by using an aerial device, and more specifically, to a device and method for repelling birds effectively by flying an unmanned aerial device fully automatically and generating noise and lighting. The unmanned aerial device for repelling birds comprises: the aerial device flying by rotation wings； a control unit equipped on the aerial device； and a flying control unit controlling the control unit, wherein the flying control unit flies the aerial device manually or fully automatically.본 발명은 비행체를 이용하여 조류를 퇴치하는 것으로서, 특히 수동 또는 전 자동으로 무인 비행체를 비행시키면서 소음이나 조명 등을 발생시켜 조류를 효과적으로 퇴치할 수 있는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
