The present invention relates to a novel antiparasitic composition comprising an effective amount of a) a Formula (1) compound, wherein R1a, R1b, R1c, R2, R3, R4, and n are as defined herein, stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutical or veterinary acceptable salt thereof, b) a macrocyclic lactone or derivative thereof and c) optionally, at least one additional veterinary agent, and further comprising at least one veterinary or pharmaceutical acceptable carrier and a method of treating an animal with a parasitic infection, by administering an effective amount of said composition to the animal in need thereof.La présente invention concerne une nouvelle composition antiparasitaire comprenant une quantité efficace de a) un composé de Formule (1), dans laquelle R1a, R1b, R1c, R2, R3, R4 et n sont tels que définis dans la descripion, un stéréoisomère de celui-ci ou un sel acceptable en médecine humaine ou vétérinaire de celui-ci, b) une lactone macrocyclique ou un dérivé de celle-ci et c) facultativement, au moins un agent vétérinaire supplémentaire, et comprenant en outre au moins un support acceptable en médecine humaine ou vétérinaire et une méthode de traitement dun animal avec une infection parasitaire, par administration dune quantité efficace de ladite composition à lanimal en ayant besoin.
