Provided is a method for efficient proliferation of autologous CIK cells. The method comprises the following steps: separating peripheral blood mononuclear cells, preparing platelet aggregation and release objects, and culturing autologous CIK cells. In the method, commonly used animal-derived serums are replaced by the platelet aggregation and release objects, and the rapid proliferation of autologous CIK cells can be promoted by adding human serum albumin and other nutrient substances having known components.
