The present invention provides a new method of separating epothilones from one another that can be used on an industrial scale for the selective enrichment of epothilone and to provide a crystalline solid of enhanced purity, which can be used for the production of pharmaceutical preparations without using normal or reverse-phase chromatography or any energy input via distillation apparatus, wherein the new method comprises the steps: a. dissolving a crude containing epothilones in an alkyl ester, b. cooling the solution form a slurry, c. isolating a crystalline solid from the slurry.Cette invention concerne un nouveau procédé de séparation des épothilones les unes des autres qui peut être utilisé à léchelle industrielle pour enrichir sélectivement lépothilone et pour obtenir un solide cristallin de pureté améliorée, qui peut être utilisé pour la production de préparations pharmaceutiques sans recourir à une chromatographie normale ou en phase inverse ou à un apport dénergie quelconque par lintermédiaire dun appareil de distillation, ledit nouveau procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a. dissolution dun produit brut contenant des épothilones dans un ester dalkyle, b. refroidissement de la solution pour former une suspension épaisse, et c. isolement dun solide cristallin à partir de ladite suspension épaisse.
