A convenient patient sputum collecting and sampling apparatus, comprising a housing body (1). Front and rear rotating shafts (2 and 3) are provided at either extremity in the housing body (1). Two transmission belts (4) provided in parallel are provided outside of the rotating shafts (2 and 3). An interval for placing a sputum extracting cup (24) is provided between the two transmission belts (4). A sputum spitting opening is provided at the frontal upper part of the housing body (1). A trumpet-shaped sputum spitting pipe (5) is provided at the sputum spitting opening. A sputum extracting cup (24) lifting and lowering mechanism is provided below the trumpet-shaped sputum spitting pipe (5). An engaging cover mechanism also is provided at the front of the housing body (1). An air purifier (21) is provided at the upper part of the housing body (1). A holding groove is provided at the rear upper part of the housing body (1). A sputum extracting cup sleeve (23) is provided within the holding groove. The sputum extracting cup (24) is placed in the sputum extracting cup sleeve (23). The lower extremity of the sputum extracting cup sleeve (23) is directly opposite the interval.
