The present invention provides a thread insertion device for densely winding a thread around the circumference of an insertion needle and knotting a rear end portion of the thread densely wound around the circumference of the insertion needle. The thread insertion device according to one embodiment comprises: the insertion needle having a pointed tip and having a hole, which is formed therein, extended in a longitudinal direction, and opened at the tip； and the thread having a first extended part inserted into the hole of the insertion needle, a winding part extended from the first extended part and wound around the circumference of the insertion needle in the longitudinal direction of the insertion needle at the outer side of the hole of the insertion needle, and a second extended part for forming a knot part tied so as to prevent the unwinding of the winding part, wherein, when the thread is inserted into the human body by the insertion needle, the winding part is led to the inside of the human body and remains therein in a shape in which the winding part is densely wound around the circumference of the insertion needle.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'insertion de fil pour enrouler densément un fil autour de la circonférence d'une aiguille d'insertion et nouer une partie d'extrémité arrière du fil densément enroulé autour de la circonférence de l'aiguille d'insertion.
