PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a healthcare professional to judge the degree of recovery of physical condition of a patient as appropriately and easily as possible, not only being based on events relative to the number of body movements or events detectable by sensors.SOLUTION: Call type information indicating the types of calls matching symptoms of the patient and tendency information indicating whether frequency of operations of a special call operation part 4 tends to increase or decrease when the symptoms of the patient are relieved is set for each nurse call slave unit 1. When the special call operation part 4 is operated, the act is stored as history. A counting part 11c counts the frequency of operations from the history. A change determination part 11d determines that the physical condition of the patient is worsened when the value of the tendency information decreases and the frequency of operations increases, or the value of the tendency information increases and the frequency of operations decreases.
