PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diluted dexmedetomidine preparation stably storable for a long term while suppressing increase of impurities and stored in a plastic medicinal solution container.SOLUTION: A diluted dexmedetomidine preparation is produced by filling a medicinal solution container having a plastic container body and a butyl rubber plug body with a dexmedetomidine injection solution diluted to a concentration allowing direct administration to a living body, in particular to 1-10 μg/mL.
