According to the present invention, provided is a system for livestock disease identification through modification factors on bio information of livestock, the system comprising: a wireless power supply unit (100) which wirelessly supplies power； a temperature sensing unit (200) which is inserted in the body of livestock, receives power from the wireless power supply unit (100) and measures temperature of the body of the livestock to transport the temperature information wirelessly； and an identification unit (300) which stores reference data (Dv) on change temperature (Tv) of the body of livestock in a normal condition according to livestock entity information and/or environmental factors, which have an effect on change in physiological temperature of livestock, which measures or receives data of livestock entity information (Ds) and/or data of environmental factors (De) in real time which have an effect on physiological temperature of livestock, and which compares correction data (Dc), which is corrected into correction temperature of the body of livestock (Tc) according to data of livestock entity information (Ds) and/or data of environmental factors (De), and body temperature of livestock, which is measured(Ts) by the temperature sensing unit (200) with the reference data (Dv) to determine whether the livestock have a disease or not.본 발명에 의하면, 무선으로 전원을 공급하기 위한 무선 전원공급부(100), 가축의 체내에 삽입되며 무선 전원공급부(100)로부터 전원을 공급받아 가축 체내의 온도(Ts)를 측정하여 무선으로 송신하기 위한 온도센서부(200), 및 가축의 생리적 온도 변화에 영향을 미치는 가축 개체 정보 및/또는 환경적 요소에 따른 정상 상태의 가축의 체내의 변화 온도(Tv)에 대한 기준 데이터(Dv)를 저장하며, 실시간으로 가축의 생리적 온도 변화에 영향을 미치는 가축 개체 정보의 데이터(Ds) 및/또는 환경적 요소의 데이터(De)를 측정하거나 입력받아 온도센서부(200)에 의하여 측정된 가축 체내의 온도(Ts)를 가축 개체 정보의 데이터(Ds) 및/또는 환경적 요소의 데이터(De)에 따라 가축의 체내 보정 온도(Tc)로 보정한 보정 데이터(Dc)를 상기 기준 데이터(Dv)와 비교하여 가축 질병 유무를 판별하기 위한 판별부(300)를 포함하는 가축의 바이오 정보에 대한 보정계수를 통한 가축의 질병 판독 시스템이 제공된다.
