SOLUTION: In the high-frequency treatment device 1 including a flexible tube 3 to be inserted into a body cavity, an operation wire 36 advancingly/retreatingly inserted into this flexible tube 3, and the treatment part 2 electrically connected to this operation wire 36 and impressed with the high-frequency current, the operation wire 36 is made of a plurality of materials, and one material among the plurality of materials has a higher conductivity than other materials, and the other materials have more excellent mechanical characteristics than the one material, so that the high-frequency current flows into the operation wire 36.
