The present invention relates to a light irradiation skin care device. In particular, light irradiation is possible in a position separated from a light source through a light waveguide so that the impact of heat from the light source on the skin is minimized. The light irradiation skin care device of the present invention comprises: a frame which has a form separated at a predetermined distance from a human body part to be treated； at least one light source disposed on the edge of the frame； at least one light waveguide bundle which has one end part connected with the light source, has the other end part disposed along the plane or curved shape of the frame, and reaches the plane or curved shape of the frame from the light source； a control device which controls the wavelength selection and light emission states of the light source； and a control device which adjusts a distance between the skin and the end part of the waveguide bundle disposed along the plane or curved shape of the frame. The density of the waveguide bundle disposed along the plane or curved shape of the frame can be adjusted by position. By means of the light irradiation skin care device of the present invention, the light source avoids direct contact with the skin to be treated, so that the skin can be prevented from being exposed to high temperature heat transferred from the light source.
