PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch preparation which is hard for a drug sufficiently dissolved in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to separate from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in storage of the patch preparation.SOLUTION: The patch preparation has the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least one surface of a substrate, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises a first synthetic rubber having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 1,600,000-6,500,000, a drug, an organic liquid component, and a tackifier.
