PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methylphenidate plaster preparation that exhibits high stability of medicines (methylphenidate and/or a salt thereof) therein and excellent skin permeability of the medicine when used and has an excellent utility factor of the medicine.SOLUTION: The plaster preparation includes a support and, formed on at least one surface thereof, a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer, where the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer includes methylphenidate and/or a salt thereof, polyisobutylene and a liquid plasticizer.
