PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly transparent alcohol gel disinfectant composition with no scattering when extruded from a dispenser, scarcely spilling off after being put on a to-be-disinfected site such as the palm, and good in feeling in use.SOLUTION: The alcohol gel disinfectant composition is prepared by essentially compounding together ethyl alcohol, a disinfectant, an acrylic acid-methacrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer and a neutralizing agent.
