The present invention relates to a composition for producing concentrated anhydrosugar alcohol having enhanced stability, and an anhydrosugar alcohol concentration method, and more specifically, to a composition for producing concentrated anhydrosugar alcohol having enhanced stability by comprising anhydrosugar alcohol and an amine-based additive； and to a method by which anhydrosugar alcohol having excellent quality may be provided at a low cost and high efficiency by having the concentrating of the anhydrosugar alcohol performed under the existence of the amine-based additive, thereby enhancing the thermal stability of the anhydrosugar alcohol and thus enabling the concentration process to be efficiently operated at a high temperature, and at the same time, preventing a degradation of the pH and UV transmittance of the anhydrosugar alcohol generated in the high-temperature concentration process.
