The present invention relates to a composition for preparing concentrated anhydrosugar alcohol having enhanced stability and a method for concentrating anhydrosugar alcohol. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for preparing concentrated anhydrosugar alcohol having enhanced stability by including anhydrosugar alcohol and an amine-based additive, and to a method for providing anhydrosugar alcohol performs concentration in the presence of an amine-based additive during concentration of anhydrosugar alcohol and thus increases heat stability of the anhydrosugar alcohol. The concentration process can be efficiently operated at a high temperature and, at the same time, decline of pH and UV transmittance of anhydrosugar alcohol during the high temperature concentration process is prevented. Accordingly, anhydrosugar alcohol having high quality with low cost and high efficiency can be obtained.본 발명은 안정성이 향상된 농축 무수당 알코올 제조용 조성물 및 무수당 알코올의 농축 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 무수당 알코올과 아민계 첨가제를 포함하여 안정성이 향상된 농축 무수당 알코올 제조용 조성물, 및 무수당 알코올을 농축함에 있어서 아민계 첨가제의 존재 하에 농축을 수행함으로써, 무수당 알코올의 열 안정성을 향상시켜 농축 공정을 고온에서 효율적으로 운전할 수 있도록 하는 동시에 고온 농축 과정에서 발생하는 무수당 알코올의 pH 및 UV 투과도 저하를 방지하여, 우수한 품질의 무수당 알코올을 저비용, 고효율로 제공할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
