The outer plastic house comprises: a first plurality of air pockets placed on the inner plastic play a spacer role and an outer plastic which covers the inner plastic between the air pockets. Space to keep warm between the inner and the outer plastic house is made by a first plurality of air pockets. An equipment fixing plastic with a fixed height is installed along with at least one left and right or both sides of the inner house frame, and is allowed to fix the inner house frame at the fixed height while the inner plastic, outer plastic, and the first plurality of air pockets between the same are pressurized and close to one another.
