The method of surface disinfection of a pre-filled container in a secondary packaging containing a dosage form that is sensitive to gamma sterilization by irradiation, exposure to steam and exposure to vaporizing agents and gases, in which: hydrogen peroxide vapor is brought to the surface of the filled container in a secondary packaging； contact between the hydrogen peroxide vapor and the surface of the filled container for a time sufficient to disinfect ia its surface； and take after-treatment measures to reduce the presence of hydrogen peroxide vapor, thereby preventing the diffusion of hydrogen peroxide vapor into a filled container. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the dosage form is a protein solution. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pre-filled container is a syringe containing a dosage form that is sensitive to the sterilization treatment of gamma radiation, steam and vaporizing agents and gases. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pre-filled container is a syringe containing a therapeutically effective amount of ranibizumab. The method according to claim 1 or 2, in which the time sufficient to disinfect the surface of the filled container is determined by checking at various processing times and comparing with a control sample. The method according to claim 1 or 2, in which the after-treatment measures include applying a vacuum after the time of treatment with hydrogen peroxide vapor has expired, thereby reversing the diffusion of peroxide vapor �1.
