PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiographic apparatus which improves detection accuracy of an R wave in an electrocardiogram waveform.SOLUTION: The electrocardiographic apparatus comprises an electrode array 10 including a plurality of first electrodes 10a-10g contacting the upper arm of a living body, a second electrode 12 contacting the living body at a wrist side part compared to the electrode array 10, a first electrocardiogram measuring section for measuring R waves in electrocardiogram waveforms of the living body by differential detection of potentials between every one of the first electrodes 10a-10g of the electrode array 10 and the second electrode 12, an electrocardiogram specifying section which specifies, on the basis of measurement results of R waves by the first electrocardiogram measuring section, one of the first electrodes of the electrode array 10 that has measured an R wave having positive polarity with the largest amplitude and another one of the first electrodes of the electrode array 10 that has measured an R wave having negative polarity with the largest amplitude, and a second electrocardiogram measuring section that measures an R wave in an electrocardiogram waveform of the living body by differential detection of potential between the one of the first electrodes and the another one of the first electrodes of the electrode array 10 specified in the electrocardiogram specifying section.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】心電波形のR波の検出精度を高めることができる心電計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】心電計測装置は、生体の上腕に接触した複数の第1電極10a~10gからなる電極アレイ10と、電極アレイ10より手首側の生体に接触した第2電極12と、電極アレイ10の全ての第1電極10a~10gについて、第2電極12との電位を差動検出することによって生体の心電波形のR波を計測する第1心電計測部と、第1心電計測部によるR波の計測結果に基づいて、最も大きな振幅で正の極性を持つR波を計測した電極アレイ10のうちの1つの第1電極と、最も大きな振幅で負の極性を持つR波を計測した電極アレイ10のうちの他の1つの第1電極とを特定する心電特定部と、心電特定部で特定された電極アレイ10のうちの1つの第1電極と他の1つの第1電極との電位を差動検出することによって生体の心電波形のR波を計測する第2心電計測部と、を含む。【選択図】図1
