PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching and detaching cutting blades in which a set of a fixing seat and a mounting shaft is established relative to a rotary drum to allow for simultaneous attachment and detachment of a plurality of mounting parts for flail claws.SOLUTION: The structure for attaching and detaching the cutting blades is applicable to a mowing machine provided with the rotary drum 6 extending horizontally and driven by power, and a plurality of the flail claws 11 attached to the outer periphery of the rotary drum 6 at intervals.
