The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting acute pancreatitis in the pancreatic tissue and the lung tissue by including apamin as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present invention has effects of inhibiting inflammation and edema in the pancreatic tissue and permeation of MPO in the pancreatic tissue； reducing the content of pancreas weight/body weight ratio (P.W/B.W) and the amylase and lipase in blood serum of the pancreatic tissue； inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines and the expression of mRNA of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the pancreatic tissue； inhibiting the activity of a MAPKs path in the pancreatic tissue； and further, inhibiting inflammation, edema and the permeation of MPO in the lung tissue.본 발명은 아파민을 유효성분으로 함유하여 췌장 조직 및 폐 조직에서 급성 췌장염의 발병을 저해하기 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 조성물은 췌장 조직에서의 염증 및 부종, 췌장 조직에서의 MPO 침윤을 저해하는 효능, 췌장 중량/체중의 비율(P.W/B.W), 췌장 조직에서의 혈청 내 아밀라제 및 리파제의 함량을 감소시키는 효능, 췌장 조직에서의 전염증성 사이토카인 및 전염증성 사이토카인 mRNA의 발현, 췌장 조직에서의 MAPKs 통로의 활성을 저해하는 효능을 보유하고 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 폐 조직에서의 염증 및 부종, 폐 조직에서의 MPO 침윤을 저해하는 효능을 보유하고 있다.
