FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical devices, namely surgical devices, and more particularly to the surgical instruments for dissection and suturing with staples and staple blocks. Staple block includes a collapsable housing of the staple block and the set of staples inserted in the collapsable housing of the staple block. Collapsable housing of the staple block comprises a top, a bottom opposite to the top, the first side and the second side. First side extends between the top and the bottom. Second side extends between the top and the bottom, the staple block additionally includes a flexible support. Collapsable housing of the staple block is detachable from the flexible support. Flexible support includes a lower support side, the first bearing side, the second support side, and upper surface. Lower support surface extends around the bottom of the collapsable housing of the staple block. First bearing side extends around the first side of the collapsable housing of the staple block. Second bearing side extends around the second side of the collapsable housing of the staple block. Top surface extends between the first support side and the second bearing side, the upper surface may be configured to be separated from the first support side and the second support part. Flexible support comprises retainers designed to retain the bottom bearing side, the first support side and the second bearing side in the groove of the staple block of the suturing apparatus after separation of the collapsable housing of the staple block from the flexible support.
