CONSTITUTION: A unit for tightening knees comprises: an elastic fixing unit(10) which has a band shape and is worn on the knees； a cover unit(20) which is comprised of an outer cover for covering the fixing unit and has an outer side in which a zipper(21) is mounted； and a lid unit which is connected to the cover unit and is comprised of an upper cover for covering thighs and a lower cover for covering calves.본 발명은 무릎오므리개에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 띠형상으로 이루어지되 양단부가 절곡형성되어 양 다리의 무릎주변에 착용되는 탄성재질의 고정수단과, 상기 고정수단를 감싸고, 외면에 지퍼가 장착된 커버수단과, 상기 커버수단 내부에 보관되되 상기 지퍼를 열어 외부로 배출되도록 마련되며, 허벅지를 덮는 상부덮개 및 종아리를 덮는 하부덮개로 이루어지는 덮개수단을 포함하는 무릎오므리개에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 본 발명은, 의자에 앉았을 때 무릎 사이를 조여 자세를 교정할 수 있으며, 탄성재질의 고정수단에 의해 수의운동이 가능하여 골반근육과 무릎관절이 강화되도록 함으로써 각종 성인병의 예방하고, 성인병의 하나인 요실금, 무릎관절염 등을 예방할 수 있으며, 특히 버스, 지하철 등의 대중교통 이용시나 사무실의 좌석에 앉은 치마를 입은 여성의 다리가 많이 노출되지 않도록 커버할 뿐만 아니라 보온효과를 얻을 수 있게 한다.
