PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeliner cosmetic which is excellent in the uniformity of makeup films, gives high glossy feeling, has high coloration, is free of bleeding and peeling, and is excellent in the sustainability of makeup effect.SOLUTION: This eyeliner cosmetic is characterized by compounding a volatile oil and a new cycloalkyl group-containing acrylic copolymer dissolved in a light liquid isoparaffin in an amount of at least 30 mass% at 25°C, enables to smoothly draw a line to give a uniform makeup film. Since the makeup film has high transparency, good glossy feeling and coloration are obtained.
