A method for dynamic monitoring of the patients with cognitive impairments provides for triple neuropsychological examination: at the beginning of the rehabilitation treatment, at the discharge, and at the admission for the repeated rehabilitation course. The findings are recorded and compared. The dynamics of the recovery of the cognitive functions is assessed according the parameters assessed in total. The total score within the range of 65-78 suggests that the intelligence has not been impaired. The sum from 50 to 64 suggests the mild cognitive impairments, 40-49 &ndash moderate cognitive impairments. The sum below 40 is indicative of substantial impairments. The assessment is performed according to MMSE scale, FBA scale, test of drawing the clock, Schulte tables. For assessing the emotional state, geriatric depression scale is used. All the findings are recorded. Based on the complex of the results, the dynamics of the treatment is followed (at the beginning of the rehabilitation treatment, at the discharge, and at the admission for the repeated rehabilitation course). The results of the corrected treatment are analyzed by the clinical and paraclinical findings in total. The final conclusion as to the dynamic impairment of the cognitive functions is inferred. The recommendations are proposed for further rehabilitation measures.Спосіб динамічного спостереження за пацієнтами з когнітивними порушеннями, при якому нейропсихологічне дослідження проводять тричі: на початку реабілітаційного лікування, при виписці та при прийнятті на повторний курс реабілітаційного лікування, їх результати заносять на носії інформації, підсумовують, далі одержані результати порівнюють між собою і по сукупності визначених показників оцінюють динаміку відновлення когнітивних функцій, сума балів за всіма тестами від 65 до 78 свідчить про збережений інтелект, від 50 до 64 - про легкі когнітивні порушення, від 40 до 49 - про помірні когнітивні порушення, а менше 40 - про виражені когнітивні
