PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit and vegetable processor capable of highly efficiently carrying out crushing and dehydration of fruits and vegetables which cannot be provided to the market as a result of sorting, and those disposed of as conventional garbage generating in the production process for utilizing them effectively.SOLUTION: The whole processor includes: a first supplying device 100 having a means to temporarily store matter to be treated a crushing device 200 having a tank provided with an opening for throwing in the matter to be treated, a rotor provided right under the opening and having a rotary blade, and a fixed blade installed inside the tank a second supplying device 300 conveying the crush-treated matter that was treated in the crushing device to the next process and a pressing treatment device 400 separating liquid ingredients from the crush-treated matter provided by the second supplying device.
