The present invention provides a method and structure of penetrating/fixing a knife blade through/to a shaft body, in which the shaft body is grooved to allow the structure of the groove to match with the structure of a knife blade, so as to restrain the movement of the knife blade. Therefore, after penetrating through the shaft body, the knife blade may be fixed to the shaft body without performing a welding.
