PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system for allowing a medical worker who makes a reply to easily and appropriately call a medical worker in charge or a medical worker who has made a reply before.SOLUTION: When a reply is made, an apparatus that makes a reply is determined and stored in a history storage unit 17. When a reply is made, an apparatus that has recently made a reply and an apparatus that has made a reply before are identified with reference to the history storage unit 17. When the apparatuses are portable terminals 40 and also a medical worker having the portable terminal 40 that has made a reply does not coincide with a medical worker having the portable terminal 40 that has made a reply before, the name of the medical worker carrying the portable terminal 40 that has made a reply before and the contact information on the portable terminal 40 are displayed in a display unit 46, so that the medical worker who has made a reply does not need to inspect the name and contact destination of the medical worker who has made a reply before in establishing contact with the medical worker who has made a reply before. When the medical worker who has made a reply is the medical worker him/herself, unnecessary information is not displayed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】応答した医療従事者が担当の医療従事者や事前に応答した医療従事者を容易かつ適切に呼び出せるようにする。【解決手段】応答が行われた場合に、応答した機器を判定して履歴記憶部17に記憶しておく。また、応答が行われた場合に、履歴記憶部17を参照して、直近に応答した機器、および、その前に応答した機器を特定する。そして、それらの機器が携帯端末40であり、応答した携帯端末40を持つ医療従事者とその前に応答した携帯端末40を持つ医療従事者とが一致していない場合に、前に応答した携帯端末40を携帯している医療従事者の氏名、および、その携帯端末40の連絡先情報が表示部46に表示されるので、応答した医療従事者がその前に応答した医療従事者に連絡するために、その前に応答した医療従事者の名前および連絡先を調べる必要がなくなる。また、その前に応答した医療従事者が自身である場合には、余計な情報が表示されない。【選択図】図1
