PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic substrate which preserves high hydrophilicity and has excellent transmissibility for visible light, a manufacturing method thereof, and a hydrophilic coating agent having the hydrophilic porous granular substrate.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the hydrophilic porous granular substrate which includes (1) dispersing the porous granular carrier with a particle diameter of 0.01-30 &mum and a specific surface area of 50-900 m
2 /g in an aqueous high-concentration phosphoric acid solution containing phosphoric acid in a weight ratio 1-5 times higher than the porous granular carrier, (2) heat-treating it at 150-200°C after dispersion and (3) neutralizing it with ammonium after heat treatment, and relates to the hydrophilic porous granular substrate and hydrophilic coating agent having the hydrophilic porous granular substrate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
